I'm Aubrey Obscura. My work explores social systems, feminism, and the ways society decides who belongs, who gets condemned, and who becomes the villain.

Through painting, sculpture, and storytelling, I challenge the boundaries between good and evil, obedience and morality, and the people we celebrate versus the people we demonize.

With a BFA in Fine Arts from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a background spanning collectible sculpture, international creative industries, and independent art, I create work that invites people to question the stories they've been told.

I'm particularly interested in the beautifully inconvenient, the misunderstood, and anyone who's ever been made to feel like a monster for refusing to fit in.

After all, anyone can be a demon if the smear campaign is strong enough.
